Monica Guzman is an Executive Coach and an Organizational development expert with over 10 years of experience in the nonprofit , education, and business sectors. Her passion is working with start ups and nonprofits on leadership development, program design, recruitment, team-building, organizational effectiveness, and operating efficiency. She also provides advisory services to Boards of Directors at companies with a broad range of operating budgets on strategic planning, board performance, recruitment, and corporate structuring.
With a Master's degree in Counseling Psychology from Temple University and Certification as a Licensed Professional Counselor, Ms. Guzman's business coaching is enhanced by a deep understanding of human nature. Ms. Guzman is the creator of the Wheel of Excellence, a proprietary leadership methodology that drives achievement. Ms. Guzman coaches executives to be effective public speakers. A sought-after keynote speaker who inspires others to create their own vision of Excellence, she develops and facilitates seminars for diverse audiences on topics that include professional branding, leadership development, change management, and team-building.
Ms. Guzman is a member of the International Leadership Association (ILA) as well as the Association of Latino Professionals for America (ALPFA).
With a MA in Career Development, certification as Master Coach by the International Coaching Federation and over 30 years of experience working as an organization development specialist with business leaders, Diane's work gets bottom-line results: increasing profitability, productivity and reducing conflict. Known for her unique blend of skill and knowledge in competency development, group coaching, career development, and systems alignment, she was an internal OD Specialist for both Advanced Micro Devices and California State Auto before starting Diane Foster & Associates. Having coached and consulted to almost all industries, both public and private sectors, government and non-profit, she brings a substantive approach to issues involving human capital and career management.
A Mentor Coach, she supports her fellow professionals, and has adjunct faculty roles at College of Executive Coaching, Gestalt Institute of Cleveland, Haas School of Business, and at JFKU's Coaching Certificate program.
Her Skill Kit for Leaders program, is filled with resources for leadership development for 42 critical competencies. This customizable, self-study, web-based program is used behind development plans and can improve results in selection/hiring; building a coaching culture; performance appraisal/management; leadership development; succession-planning and career development.
